Job Description
Position Summary

This position will be responsible for driving direct sales to achieve order and revenue goals for the Industrial Networks and Cybersecurity Services Business suite of offerings within assigned accounts. This includes selling Industrial Networking, Data Center Infrastructure Systems, Compute Assessments, Designs, Implementations, Cyber Security offerings (Risk assessments, iDMZ's, Continuous Threat Detection, and End Point Protection), and associated Managed Services. The role requires a proven track record in leading and executing complex sales pursuits, as well as client-based executive engagement and consulting. The individual must demonstrate collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills, working with sales territories, management, domain experts, and strategic partners. The role involves global collaboration, project coordination, market access, and strategy planning. The position reports to the Commercial Manager, Cybersecurity Services, and is based in Brazil (SP, MG, or RJ).

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets for Rockwell Automation Networks & Cybersecurity Services, meeting business plans for Infrastructure, Virtualization, Cyber solutions, and Managed Services within targeted accounts.
  2. Responsible for exceeding quota by negotiating and closing opportunities, collaborating with broader sales teams.
  3. Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline for Connected Services opportunities.
  4. Work with Technical Service Engineers and Solution Consultants to develop proposals, including scope, bill of materials, and contract requirements.
  5. Leverage global sales and marketing resources for opportunity identification and access. Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales, and Connected Services teams, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
  6. Provide regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summaries. Monitor revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM to ensure performance goals are met.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
  2. At least 8 years of proven sales experience in consultative sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Ability to develop technical value propositions, with business and financial acumen, including ROI, capital planning, and operational budgeting.
  4. Experience leading and facilitating win strategy processes.
  5. Proven success in account penetration, executive-level selling, and strategy creation and execution.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  1. Over 8 years of experience in Automation, Network, Virtualization Infrastructure, IT/OT, Engineering Services, or Manufacturing industries.
  2. Certifications or expertise in Cyber Security standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST.
