Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize workflows and reporting in SaaS environments. This remote contractor role emphasizes CRM configuration and data accuracy to support revenue operations.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, maintain data quality, and build efficient workflows across revenue tools. Clear documentation and cross‑functional collaboration will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
