3. Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
4. Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.
5. Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in any field.
2. Relevant customer service experience (preferably in live chat).
3. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
4. Professional in oral and written communication in English, familiarity with Arabic, French, Spanish, and Portuguese will be preferred.
5. Strong inclination towards the technology sector with a focus on personal and career development.
6. Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests.
7. Willingness to perform 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
8. Immediately available is preferred.
