What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, ticketed emails, and live chat sessions with empathy and speed.
- Own first-contact resolution: diagnose issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and close cases within SLA whenever possible.
- Document interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM for seamless follow-up.
- Identify complex problems, add full context, and escalate to Tier 2 or specialist teams without delay.
- Recognize upsell, cross-sell, or retention opportunities and route leads to Sales when appropriate.
- Follow company policies, data privacy rules, and QA checklists to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Operations teams to improve workflows.
Equipment & Setup
- A workstation with an Intel i5 equivalent or newer processor and 16GB or more RAM.
- A second monitor and noise-canceling headset.
- High-speed internet with upload speeds exceeding 25 Mbps and latency below 100 ms.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 2 years of support experience via phone, email, and chat in a high-volume environment.
- Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM and support platforms (Zendesk, Atlassian, Slack, or similar).
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer happiness.
- Reliable home office setup, high-speed internet, and ability to work flexible shifts.
- Compensation: $6–8 USD per hour, based on experience and skills.
- Fully remote role with scheduled breaks and paid training.
