We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team, already influencing over $50M/year in revenue, and aiming to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus).

What You'll Do

• Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
• Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue‑generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers).
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what’s working and what’s not.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
• Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity as we pioneer new initiatives, including AI integration.

What We’re Looking For
