Who we are looking for

We're looking for a CRM Analyst who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about email marketing. This person should bring 1-2 years of experience in CRM campaign planning and execution, preferably on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude are key to succeeding in this role.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to different audiences and business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze behavioral data, and deliver insightful reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to define strategies and provide recommendations.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys aligned with client marketing strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns render properly across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment with flexibility, responsibility, and problem-solving.

What you'll need

  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM campaign planning and execution on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another CRM tool.
  • Excellent communication skills (via email and meetings), both with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative, open attitude and a willingness to work through challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and AMPscript (nice to have, not required).
  • A strong interest in continuous learning and growth in the digital marketing space.
  • A good eye for detail and campaign quality assurance.
  • Advanced English
