SBM Offshore is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to ensure FPSO staffing with qualified crew across projects and locations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in maritime studies or related field, plus crewing management or maritime law certification and a minimum of 5 years in senior offshore HR, including 2 years in crewing operations. Strong regulatory and data-driven capabilities are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in maritime studies, human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a crewing management, maritime law, or related certification/license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior administration or offshore HR, and at least 2 years in crewing operations in maritime shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a qualified workforce to SBM fleet units in line with yearly operations plans, POB restrictions, safe manning certificates, and competencies meeting regulatory and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with immigration and local employment requirements.
• Drive crew performance in line with business needs by providing governance on crewing issues.
• Apply corporate values across the fleet by embracing diversity, local content, sustainability, and ethical behavior.

Purpose

• As Crewing Coordinator you ensure that the FPSO is appropriately staffed with qualified crew in order to support safe and efficient operations across different projects and locations. This involves coordinating crewing activities, managing personnel logistics, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• You provide a qualified workforce to the SBM fleet units in line with the yearly operations plans, POB restrictions, the safe manning certificate, and with competencies which meet the regulatory and client requirements
• You ensure compliance with immigration and local employement requirements
• You drive the performance of the crew in line with business needs by providing expertise and governance on crewing issues
• You apply Corporate values accross the fleet by embracing diversity, local content, substainability and ethical behaviour

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in maritime studies, human resources, business administration, or a related field, as well as a certification or license in crewing management, maritime law, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administration or offshore HR role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in crewing operations, preferably in the maritime industry Shipping.
