Position: Creative Strategist – Paid Media & Performance Marketing.
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of ideas, concepts, and creative strategies that drive high performance in paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. This role serves as the bridge between creative and media teams, ensuring that creative assets align with performance goals. The role is REMOTE.
•Develop creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for video and display ads with a focus on performance and conversion.
•Write detailed creative briefs for design, copywriting, and video editing teams.
•Collaborate with paid media teams to align creative strategy with campaign targeting and objectives.
•Monitor and analyze creative performance, proposing data-driven optimizations.
•Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor benchmarks.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
•Proven experience in creative strategy for paid media campaigns.
•Experience in the iGaming industry (online casino or online sports betting).
•Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
•Ability to write scripts and creative concepts focused on conversion and engagement.
•Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics.
•Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
•Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
•Experience with UGC (User Generated Content) and influencer content.
•Knowledge of marketing automation tools and A/B testing frameworks.
