Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

Develop UX strategy, site maps, user journeys, and information architecture for B2B websites

Translate research insights into wireframes and design recommendations, working closely with design teams

Make sense of existing client data including heatmaps, analytics, and interview insights to identify key UX opportunities

Recommend page content, interactive features, and conversion flows based on user behavior patterns

Set up and evaluate A/B tests and performance metrics to continuously optimize user experience

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment with best practices

Contribute to internal UX standards and help define a shared playbook across the team

NEEDED EXPERTISE

5 to 8 years of experience in UX or digital experience strategy

Proven ability to design intuitive B2B website experiences that support lead generation and business growth

Skilled at interpreting and translating existing data such as behavior recordings, analytics, and stakeholder input into actionable UX strategy

Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Maze to guide design decisions

Solid understanding of the web design and development process and how to apply accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines

Confident solving complex UX challenges across layout, navigation, and interactive elements

A portfolio that demonstrates your critical thinking, research depth, and the real impact of your UX work
