The Opportunity

• 99ads is looking for a Creative Strategist with extensive online advertising experience.
• We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who can come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high-performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Commitment Required

Full time: 160 hours/month.

Monday - Friday

You MUST be available and online Monday to Friday between 3pm to 6pm CET.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Creative Agencies or Performance Marketing within the DTC industry.
• Copywriting/video editing experience would be a strong advantage.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable coming up with new angles and creative strategies.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal).
• At least 4+ years of experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta).
• Experience working at a performance marketing agency is preferable.
• A good understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
• Copywriting experience is preferable.
• Proven experience in a data-driven role.
• Experience managing client accounts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
