Job summary

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopedics business to establish DePuy Synthes. The role is to support core quality system elements at a regional level, coordinating training, document control and metrics for the LATAM region as a regional hub.

Handling training curricula, periodic reviews, and quality metrics across systems, the position supports CQ leadership and participates in top quality meetings, with an emphasis on collaboration, compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Quality Area related to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products.
• Education in Business Biosciences, Engineering or health-related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training process, including definition of curricula, assignation and follow up
• Control periodic review, generate report and give visibility to CQ leadership team

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Overall, Purpose

Handling core quality system elements including document control, trainings, metrics and related activities at regional level supporting Depuy Synthes Quality, Commercial and Operations as a regional hub.
