Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in quality for medical devices, pharma, or consumer products, with fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Business Biosciences, Engineering or health-related discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years of quality experience in medical devices, pharma or consumer products.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with good organizational and communication abilities.

• Responsible for training process, curricula definition, assignment and follow-up.
• Control periodic reviews, generate reports and provide visibility to CQ leadership.

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it isanticipatedthat, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuySynthesand your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Overall, Purpose

Handling core quality system elements including document control, trainings, metrics and related activities at regional level supporting Depuy Synthes Quality, Commercial and Operations as a regional hub.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with QMS global to support LATAM region on training, doc. Control and metrics.
• Responsible for training process, including definition of curricula, assignation and follow up
• Control periodic review, generate report and give visibility to CQ leadership team
• Manage the quality metrics, generating reports from different systems, giving visibility and serve as input top quality meetings

Educatio n

• Required: Business Biosciences, Engineering or equivalent field, or health-related discipline

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Quality Area related to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Spanish, English, Portuguese is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point)
• Analytical mindset
