LuxExperience, a leading digital luxury group, seeks a Cost Controller for the Finance team in a hybrid role in Italy (Zola Predosa or Bentivoglio). You will support cost control strategy, budgeting, and monthly close activities aligned with corporate objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Engineering, 2–3 years in cost controlling, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Navision and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Controlling/Cost Controlling in a multinational environment.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Navision and Power BI is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Compensation

Starting Annual Gross Base Salary: From 35.000€ [ Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process ].

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s cost control strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives;
• Manage and/or support the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning related to operating and manufacturing costs;
• Oversee the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of SOX documentation;
• Lead monthly cost analysis activities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners;
• Proactively identify, assess, and recommend value-added opportunities to business partners;
• Provide in-depth analysis of variances versus Budget and Prior Year;
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management;
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses for internal stakeholders and develop business cases across multiple business areas;
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies;
• Support internal and external audit activities;
• Maintain a robust internal control framework within the cost controlling function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 2/3 years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling roles, preferably within structured or multinational environments;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI is considered a plus;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Strong numerical mindset with a solid analytical orientation;
• High level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks;
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders;
• Team-oriented mindset paired with the ability to manage assigned activities independently;
• Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines;
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
