Farfetch is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist to support our Supply Chain categories, including logistics, warehousing, packaging, and transportation. You will be at the intersection of purchasing execution and data analysis, ensuring smooth flow of goods and strong vendor relationships.

This role offers a path to long-term global supply chain management and strategic sourcing, with a hybrid work model and exposure to international stakeholders.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or related supply chain roles.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Experience with multiple international stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Coupa is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• PO management and tracking in line with internal policies.
• Monitor order statuses and expedite shipments.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and analyze spend for cost savings.
• Coordinate with external logistics vendors and manage vendor data.
• Assist in RFIs/RFPs with market research and quotes analysis.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and update ERP systems.
• Onboard new suppliers and drive compliance and onboarding.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Procurement team.In this role, you will provide critical operational and data support for our Supply Chain categories (including logistics, warehousing, packaging, and transportation).You will sit at the intersection of purchasing execution and data analysis, helping us maintain strong vendor relationships, optimize workflows, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and services.

This position is designed for a proactive individual looking to build a long-term career in global supply chain management and strategic sourcing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Purchase Order (PO) Management:Support the Supply Chain requesters, validateand track purchase orders with high attention to detail, ensuring full alignment with internalrequirements and policies.

• Operational Support: Monitor order statuses, expedite critical shipments, and proactively flag potential supply or delivery bottlenecks to internal stakeholders.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:Maintain procurement dashboards.Conduct price analyses and track spend to identify cost-saving opportunities or process inefficiencies within supply chain categories.

• Vendor Coordination:Act as an operational point of contact for external logistics and supply chain vendors.Maintain and update vendor databases, track supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and assist in resolving billing or delivery discrepancies.

• Sourcing Support:Assist Category Managers in preparing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), compiling market research, and assessing vendor quotes.

• Compliance & System Maintenance:Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to internal governance and compliance policies.Keep our ERP/Procurement software accurate and up to datefor all Supply Chain suppliers, items and contracts.

• Supplier Onboarding & Qualification:Shepherd newly sourced vendors through the internal onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance approval processes.

• Internal Stakeholder Management :Engage withkey internal clientswithin theSupply Chain area, build strongrelationship and support their business and procurement needs

• Finance Integration :Work with FinancialPlanning&Analysisto support budget processes(including savings execution) and with Accounts Payable to supportcorrect invoice processing

WHO YOU ARE

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• 1-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial/operational supply chain roles
• Analytical skills (comfortable working with numbers and uncovering trends in data spreadsheets)
• Project Management skills area strong advantage
• Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal logistics teams and external global suppliers, including in English
• Ability to work within strict deadlines andto stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Experience with Coupa will be a plus
