How you will contribute to our magical experience?

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Copywriter to join our creative marketing team, supporting ESPN and Star+ sports properties. This role is key to developing and executing compelling marketing campaigns and audiovisual content that drive audience engagement and brand awareness across both linear and streaming platforms.

The Copywriterwill be responsible for:

Develop 360º marketing campaigns that respond to diverse creative briefs, supporting brand communication and sports properties.

Create audiovisual advertising pieces, including concept development and scriptwriting for promotional spots.

Write engaging, persuasive, and clear scripts to be used as creative foundations for on-air and digital promotional content.

Present creative proposals tailored to briefing requests from internal teams (e.g., Programming and Marketing) in brainstorming and approval meetings.

Search for and select audiovisual materials from media hubs (such as DIVA) to support editors in building promotional pieces.

Collaborate closely with editors, sound designers, and graphic designers throughout the production process, offering guidance and creative direction.

Participate in the final review process of all promotional materials, providing creative feedback and final approvals.

Engage in creative exchanges and informal brainstorming sessions with other copywriters to foster innovation and collaboration.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an advertising copywriter.

Specialization: Advertising copywriting with a strong portfolio in audiovisual and campaign work.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint or Canva.

Basic knowledge of video editing and production workflows.
