Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced Compliance professional to lead the program and ensure integrity across third parties, gifts and related party transactions.

The role includes drafting policies, supervising the Compliance team, and preparing reports for committees and the board; a background in law or business and 4+ years in compliance is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Proficient English (intermediate to fluent).
• At least 4 years' experience in Compliance, preferably in large multinationals.
• Proven experience in integrity due diligence, gifts/hospitality, and related party transactions.
• Experience leading a team of professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute integrity due diligence activities for third parties, suppliers, partners, and M&A.
• Manage gifts, presents and hospitality, including analysis, approval, recording and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate the related party transactions process, ensuring identification, analysis, approval and disclosure.
• Draft, review, update and disseminate policies, standards and procedures for the Compliance Program.
• Coordinate Compliance team activities, delegating tasks and monitoring deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports to Compliance Committees, the Audit Committee and the Board.
• Support internal and external audits related to Compliance.
• Deliver training and internal communications on integrity and compliance topics.
• Implement and monitor conflict of interest guidelines, including declarations and case management.

Conhecimentos

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields

Responsibilities

• Manage Gifts, Presents and Hospitality, including analysis, approval, recording and compliance monitoring
• Coordinate the Related Party Transactions (RPT) process, ensuring proper identification, analysis, approval and disclosure
• Draft, review, update and disseminate policies, standards and procedures for the Compliance Program
• Coordinate Compliance team activities, delegating tasks, monitoring deliverables and developing the team
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards and materials to Compliance Committees, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors
• Support internal and external audits related to Compliance
• Deliver training and internal communications on integrity and compliance topics
• Implement and monitor conflict of interest guidelines, including periodic declarations and case management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus)
• Intermediate to fluent English
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Compliance, preferably in large companies or multinationals
• Proven experience in integrity due diligence, management of gifts/hospitality and related party transactions
• Experience managing a team (coordination or leadership of professionals)
