The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with compliance programs including ISO 37301/37001, and intermediate English. You will prepare reports, run metrics, and train teams on ethics and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Compliance and Integrity Program;
• Carries out operational activities related to handling reports received through the Transparency Channel;
• Supports the conduct of analyses and investigations related to potential violations of the Code of Conduct and other institutional policies;
• Performs integrity analyses related to third parties, partners, and other stakeholders;
• Supports monitoring of legal, regulatory, and normative requirements applicable to compliance activities;
• Prepares reports, operational controls, and metrics related to the area’s activities;
• Participates in the implementation of awareness and training initiatives on ethics, integrity, and compliance;
• Provides guidance to business areas on matters related to the application of the Compliance Program’s policies and tools;
• Supports initiatives to promote integrity in the scientific, institutional, and strategic relationships developed by the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields;
• Experience with Compliance and Integrity programs;
• Experience managing a Transparency Channel (whistleblowing channel) and conducting corporate investigations;
• Digital forensic investigation tools and techniques;
• Due diligence and integrity background checks;
• Management of policies and regulatory requirements;
• Conflict of interest management;
• Preparation of technical reports and performance indicators;
• Training and awareness techniques;
• Knowledge of: ISO 37301 (Compliance Management System) and ISO 37001 (Anti‑Bribery Management System);
• Brazilian Anti‑Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013) and Decree No. 11,129/2022;
• Microsoft Office;
• Data analysis tools (Power BI or similar);
• Preferred: Anti‑Corruption Compliance and/or Internal Investigations; ISO 37001 and/or ISO 37301;
• Intermediate English.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Compliance and Integrity Program implementation, including conducting corporate investigations and managing Transparency Channels. Proficient in preparing technical reports, performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
