Responsibilities and duties:
- Coordinate activities related to procurement (domestic and international) of materials and equipment, hiring services, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, analyzing proposals, negotiating terms and discounts, distributing materials, and controlling inventory to meet internal demands with agility, quality, and low cost.
- Establish mechanisms for seamless collaboration across departments to ensure integrated and consistent work processes.
- Validate quotations for materials/equipment and services, evaluate received budgets, and select the best business opportunities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal purchase conditions (price, quality, payment terms, delivery time), aiming for quality and cost efficiency.
- Verify procurement documentation (Purchase Requisition, quotation sheet, Purchase Orders, supplier invoices).
- Record transactions in the management system.
- Create reports, charts, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Specific knowledge in procurement and supply chain management.
- Technical and managerial skills to handle medium complexity and diversified processes, requiring initiative, analytical thinking, and planning to improve results.
- Applied calculations relevant to the role.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
