Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple marketing campaigns and events end-to-end across different countries, ensuring alignment with business strategies and policies.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  3. Provide creative input and strategic ideas before campaign execution to improve results.
  4. Track budgets, submit POs, and ensure proper financial documentation.
  5. Maintain clear and detailed tracking of campaign progress, deliverables, and results.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  7. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions while keeping project quality.
  8. Provide reporting and insights.
  9. Share best practices and success stories, engage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of our services.

Required Skills:

  1. Ideally 2+ years’ experience in execution of any marketing-related initiatives, incl. 1+ year experience in events management, project or account management role.
  2. High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g., personal data protection or brand guidelines.
  3. Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines.
  4. Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  5. Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in a structured way.
  6. Comfort in dealing with clients and third-party stakeholders.
  7. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks.
  8. A strong team player with the ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and orientation to detail.
  10. Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply).
