Une entreprise technologique mondiale recherche un Gerente de Contratos pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion de contrats. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée en matière de contrats complexes, ainsi qu'une formation en Droit, Ingénierie ou Administration des affaires. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous serez responsable du soutien aux équipes de projet et de la gestion des négociations contractuelles. Une maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol est un atout, tout comme des compétences en leadership pour naviguer dans un environnement multiculturel.

Contract Manager

Skills:

• Proven experience working with domestic and international contracts for complex projects;
• Proven experience handling complex project contracts during its execution phase;
• Knowledge of contractual language for complex projects;
• Familiarity with global/regional customs and duties and Brazilian taxes is a plus;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and conceptual thinking to solve contractual problems, keen on details and record keeping;
• Interpersonal skills to understand how your work relates and integrates within the project team, with other teams, and contributes to the area, in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support project team with contracts, leading drafting and negotiation of contractual documents, changes, claims, correspondences, substantiation, and record keeping;
• Coordinate project aspects with corporate areas: legal, tax, finance, insurance;
• Negotiate with clients and contractors;
• Actively lead claim/arbitration matters.

Mandatory requirements:

• University degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration;
• 5 - 10 years of professional experience;
• Leadership skills;
• Availability for domestic and international travel;
• Advanced oral and written skills in English and Spanish.
