Job Title: Content Writer

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Content Writer with expertise in market research to create engaging and informative content. This part-time position (20 hours per week) focuses on drafting high-quality blogs and articles related to market research, surveys, and focus groups. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in conducting secondary research, and capable of producing well-structured, proofread, and accurate content.

About the company:

Our client is a market research firm that designs studies, manages projects, analyzes data, and consults with clients on key findings. They specialize in both qualitative and quantitative research across various industries and work with clients nationwide.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
• Meetings: Must be available for a minimum of one scheduled weekly meeting with the Sr. Marketing Manager

Responsibilities of the role:

• Research and write 2-3 weekly blogs and articles (approximately 1,000 words each) on market research-related topics.
• Follow a priority list of topics assigned at the start of each week.
• Ensure all content is well-researched, proofread, and accurate.
• Conduct secondary research using Google and other credible sources.
• Utilize Google Docs and Google Sheets for drafting and content organization.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience in content writing, blogging, or journalism.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in writing about market research methodologies and trends.
• Ability to adapt writing style based on the target audience.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Language Requirement:

C1 Level of English proficiency

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: Paid in USD or local currency according to preference.
• PTO (Paid Time Off): 10 days after the first 90 days.
• Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas, and 3 flexible holidays of the employee’s choice).
• Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave (requires a doctor’s note).
