Sporty Group in São Paulo seeks a versatile Content & Video Producer to craft compelling visual content across formats. You will capture, edit, and design assets for social platforms, collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to drive engagement.

You will bring a strong sports portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with live event coverage, camera operation, and multi-platform delivery. Fluency in English is valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in video production including shooting and editing, plus social media graphics and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing sports content, football-focused artwork, video editing, and camera work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and camera operation.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Video Production: operate cameras, light, and record audio across studio and live events.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: edit footage for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and promos.
• Ideation & Trend Scouting: develop formats and narratives aligned with football culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Social Media Managers and editorial teams.
• Brand & Asset Management: ensure outputs meet visual standards and specs.

We are looking for a versatile Content & Video Producer who can work across different formats and stages of content production. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and designing high impact visual content across video, motion, and graphics for our social platforms. With a strong passion for sports, especially football, and digital culture, you will turn creative concepts into dynamic, multi platform assets, working closely with the editorial and marketing teams to drive engagement.

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-End Video Production: Handle camera operation, basic lighting, and audio capture across studio, field, on-location, and live match coverage.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into high-performing video content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and promotional formats.
• Ideation & Trend Scouting: Brainstorm content formats, memes, and visual narratives that tap into football culture and real-time digital trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Media Managers and editorial teams to align content with brand strategy and performance goals.
• Brand & Asset Management: Ensure all outputs meet visual quality standards, brand guidelines, and multi-platform specs.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing, as well as social media graphic and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing sports and football focused artwork, video editing, and camera work.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, along with solid camera operation skills.
• Good understanding of social media platform specifications, video codecs, and internet and meme culture.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast paced environments, including dynamic field coverage and live events.
• Proactive, creative, and resourceful mindset, with strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Advanced English skills.
