Responsibilities

• Refine and validate AI-generated content across various formats to ensure quality and readiness for publication.
• Analyze and document AI performance feedback to guide retraining and improve accuracy.
• Evaluate content quality, identify trends and errors, and generate reports for systemic improvements.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Content moderation or flagging inappropriate behavior.
• Traditional copyediting focused solely on grammar.
• Routine QA testing without systemic analysis.

Basic Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in content editing, AI content review, or related roles.
• Experience working with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.
• Strong editorial skills and mastery of English writing.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote, contractor position with a pay rate of $30/hour, totaling approximately $60,000/year. The role requires entering into a contractor agreement with Crossover. The position is immediate, and the work involves high-volume AI content review and systemic feedback to improve AI outputs.
