Join our fantastic team as a Content Manager! You will oversee content strategies, manage content creation and optimization, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on SEO best practices, market dynamics, and iGaming affiliation marketing trends. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive content initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Content Management: Recruit, train, and manage Content Writers and freelancers, define needs, conduct interviews, and provide ongoing feedback. Define quarterly KPIs, conduct capabilities checks, and organize regular reviews to ensure team effectiveness and development.

• Content Strategy and Planning: Define content needs, create content briefs, and generate content plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities. Ensure content follows user intent, E-E-A-T guidelines, and internal compliance standards.

• Compliance Assurance: Stay informed about regulations and ensure all content complies with operator and country guidelines. Update documentation with articles mentioning specific operators.

Your profile should include:

• Deep knowledge, experience, and understanding of betting-related content creation, lingo, and quality standards for both Sports and Casino - highly advantageous.
• Native-level proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese with strong writing skills to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
• Previous experience in content writing, leadership, and SEO content creation is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of CMS, especially WordPress.
