Job Description

We are seeking a technical consultant with knowledge and experience in external sales activities. The role involves performing minor preventive maintenance, installing alarm systems, addressing customer needs, completing technical reports, and prospecting new clients through a consultative and strategic approach. We are looking for someone with a broad market perspective, results-oriented, and capable of actively engaging potential clients.

Main Responsibilities

1. Proactively seek to meet customer needs and expectations.
2. Manage and prospect the client portfolio.
3. Perform low-complexity preventive maintenance on alarm systems.
4. Complete technical service reports and technical assessments.
5. Document all field technician routines, including travel reports and expense reports.
6. Conduct street prospecting to interview potential clients and convert them into sales.
7. Maintain positive commercial relationships to ensure future sales.
8. Follow the sales proposal and method established by the Sales Management.
9. Present and sell options for upgrading the basic kit and service range.
10. Deliver documentation timely for billing.
11. Prepare budgets for adding devices to existing alarm systems.
12. Install complete alarm systems and new devices in existing systems.

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in prospecting and negotiation.
• Experience with consultative sales.
• Valid driver's license (CNH).
