Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the whistleblowing channel and analyze accounting and financial data to identify inconsistencies and conduct forensic investigations.
• Map compliance risks and develop controls to mitigate them.
• Conduct complex investigations of high impact and support analysts in medium and low complexity investigations.
• Assist in implementing the compliance program, interface with regional management to strengthen compliance culture, conduct training, promote due diligence, review policies and communications.
• Disseminate and promote Camilianos values by developing the São Camilo de Lellis story, strengthening the institutional policy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
• MBA or Post-graduation in Compliance, Risks, or Auditing.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, with willingness to travel for investigations and training.
