Indicium AI in Brazil seeks a Director of Consulting to lead delivery excellence and growth across enterprise clients. You’ll operate at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Delivery to ensure data and AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor delivery leaders, collaborate with pre-sales, and drive best-practice adoption across engagements, with travel to client sites as needed. Strong strategic, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

• Experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles within tech consulting or enterprise services.
• Proven track record in leadership and people management roles.
• Hands-on experience overseeing the integrated implementation of enterprise data solutions.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMBOK, Six Sigma).

About The Opportunity

The Director of Consulting is a key leadership role responsible for driving customer success, ensuring delivery excellence, and catalyzing sustainable account growth. In this role, you will act at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Delivery, collaborating closely with client executives to ensure that data and AI solutions generate measurable business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end service journeys, mentor delivery leaders, promote knowledge sharing across enterprise accounts, and align cutting-edge technology strategies directly with our clients' core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Value Delivery & Account Growth: Monitor Indicium’s service delivery lifecycle to ensure continuous business value, identifying account expansion opportunities and aligning data solutions with client corporate strategies.
• Commercial & Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Engineering team to architect, refine, and present technical proposals that directly address client needs and strategic goals.
• Executive Alignment & Client Success: Lead high-level steering meetings and presentations to communicate solution progress, impact, and return on investment (ROI) to key stakeholders.
• Delivery Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, support, and develop delivery leaders in the management and execution of complex data and AI initiatives.
• Knowledge Governance & Efficiency: Drive the documentation, evolution, and reuse of best practices across implementations to increase operational efficiency and delivery quality.
• Operational Oversight: Track solution health and delivery performance to ensure optimal resource allocation, risk management, and team support.
• Team Upskilling: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across consulting teams, driving best-practice adoption across all projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles within tech consulting or enterprise services.
• Proven track record in leadership and people management roles.
• Hands-on experience overseeing the integrated implementation of enterprise data solutions.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMBOK, Six Sigma).
• Systemic view of modern data operations combined with a strong grounding in business strategy.
• Strong communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term advisory relationships.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
• Flexibility and availability to travel and visit company headquarters as needed.

Nice to haves

• Previous experience in Customer Success or Commercial/Pre-Sales functions.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services (FSI).
• Technical understanding of Analytics, Advanced Analytics, or Data Engineering foundations.
• Relevant Cloud or Data Platform Certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks).
