Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and/or Masters, MBA, PhD with engineering background (chemical, geology, geoscience, industrial).
• Proven experience in upstream Oil and Gas operations, including exploration, production, and reservoir management.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to take initiative and eagerness to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks.
• Native level language skills in Portuguese with fluent level language skills in English.

You will work closely with senior client executives and McKinsey colleagues in the most entrepreneurial environments.
