McKinsey & Company, based in São Paulo, invites ambitious graduates to join our client development hub. You will grow rapidly through mentorship, rigorous training, and exposure to leaders while helping develop client proposals across sectors.

You will analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop into a capable professional with support from a global network of colleagues and mentors. This role supports work across private, public, and social sectors with strong collaboration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any field with expected graduation between December 2022 and December 2025.
• Proven leadership experience in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with all levels in the organization.
• Available to be located in São Paulo.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s).

You will be based in our São Paulo Office as part of the client development hub team in Brazil. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in any course with expected graduation between December 2022 and December 2025
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Available to be located in São Paulo
• Ability to communicate ideas most effectively; both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
