Freudenberg seeks ERP support professionals to optimize Datasul deployments across South America. You will analyze issues, implement configurations, and collaborate with regional teams to promote best practices and business continuity.

Role requires hands-on experience with TOTVS Datasul and Progress tools, strong requirements gathering, and ability to translate business needs into workable ERP solutions. Travel or regional alignment across LATAM may be involved.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish (preferred), with the ability to support users, participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and interact with regional and global teams.
• Strong experience with TOTVS Datasul (EMS2/EMS5) , including system configuration, user support, maintenance, and functional expertise across multiple business modules.
• Knowledge of TOTVS Foundation , Progress OpenEdge (Progress 4GL) , and Progress Database .
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and proposing system solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining integrations through WebServices, APIs, and related technologies .
• Proven background in user support, incident management, version control, and technical/functional documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support ERP-related requests across South America, promoting alignment and best practices.
• Provide functional and technical support for TOTVS Datasul users, ensuring business continuity.

• Gather business requirements and propose ERP-based solutions aligned with corporate needs.
• Develop and maintain low- to medium-complexity customizations and enhancements using Progress 4GL.
• Support and maintain integrations between Datasul and internal or third‑party systems.
• Execute testing and validation activities to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Manage and coordinate support tickets with TOTVS, including analysis, testing, and follow‑up.
• Support user training and change management initiatives across South America.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation in accordance with corporate standards.
• Participate in ERP projects, system upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and information security risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to IT governance, compliance, information security, and development best practices.
