Freudenberg Group is seeking an ERP/IT professional to support TOTVS Datasul across South America. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Datasul with Progress 4GL customizations while coordinating with regional and global teams.

The role includes system integrations, testing, documentation, and participation in digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of TOTVS Datasul, Progress OpenEdge, and APIs is required, along with solid user support and incident management

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT related fields.
• Experience with TOTVS Datasul across modules.
• Knowledge of Progress 4GL, Progress OpenEdge, and Progress DB.
• Experience integrating systems via WebServices and APIs.
• Strong user support and incident management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ERP support across South America, promoting alignment and best practices.
• Offer functional and technical support for TOTVS Datasul users to ensure business continuity.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, configure, and resolve ERP issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Gather business requirements and propose ERP-based solutions aligned with corporate needs.
• Develop and maintain low- to medium-complexity customizations using Progress 4GL.
• Support and maintain integrations between Datasul and internal/third-party systems.
• Execute testing and validation activities to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Coordinate support tickets with TOTVS, including analysis, testing, and follow-up.
• Assist in user training and change management across South America.
• Create and maintain technical/functional documentation per corporate standards.
• Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and information security risks; take corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to IT governance, information security, and development best practices.

• Support ERP-related requests across South America, promoting alignment and best practices.
• Provide functional and technical support for TOTVS Datasul users, ensuring business continuity.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, configure, and resolve ERP issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Gather business requirements and propose ERP-based solutions aligned with corporate needs.

• Manage and coordinate support tickets with TOTVS, including analysis, testing, and follow-up.

• Participate in ERP projects, system upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and information security risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to IT governance, compliance, information security, and development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish (preferred), with the ability to support users, participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and interact with regional and global teams.
• Strong experience with TOTVS Datasul (EMS2/EMS5), including system configuration, user support, maintenance, and functional expertise across multiple business modules.
• Knowledge of TOTVS Foundation , Progress OpenEdge (Progress 4GL), and Progress Database.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and proposing system solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining integrations through WebServices, APIs, and related technologies.
• Proven background in user support, incident management, version control, and technical/functional documentation.
