Alstom in São Paulo is seeking a Project / Program Configuration and Change Analyst/Engineer to lead configuration management and change control across multiple rail infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with engineering, operations and quality teams to ensure robust design, compliance with industry standards, and seamless project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT, 5+ years in configuration and change management, and strong communication and leadership

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in configuration and change management, preferably in rail or large-scale infra projects.
• Proficiency with CM tools and industry standards (ISO, CMMI).
• Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, ERP, etc.).
• Advanced English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong project lifecycle, risk management, and QA principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaborative skills.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in configuration and change management, preferably in rail or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools, project management software, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
• Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, ERP, etc.)
• Advanced English and Portuguese, nice to have Spanish
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical project/program stakeholders
• Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details.
• Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
