Alstom in São Paulo seeks a Project/Program Configuration and Change Analyst/Engineer to drive design and development of robust solutions. You will own complex challenges, lead teams, and contribute to mobility innovation on a global scale.

Role requires 5+ years in configuration/change management, proficiency with CCM tools, and strong leadership, with English and Portuguese fluency. Based in São Paulo, collaboration across engineering, operations, and quality is key.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in configuration and change management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proficiency with CCM tools, project management software, and industry standards (ISO, CMMI).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in configuration and change management, preferably in rail or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools, project management software, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
• Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, ERP, etc.).
• Advanced English and Portuguese, nice to have Spanish
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical project/program stakeholders
• Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details.
• Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
