Manpower Malta is seeking a Compliance Officer for a hybrid role in Malta within a fintech and banking context. The position involves ensuring regulatory adherence, risk assessment, and implementing compliant processes across the business.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, support regulatory reporting, and help strengthen the organisation's compliance culture through awareness sessions and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar control function.
• Background within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and turn them into practical business solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional judgement.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when working with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Law, Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field

• Reviewing processes, policies, and procedures to identify potential compliance risks.
• Carrying out compliance checks, testing, and internal reviews.
• Investigating findings, recommending improvements, and following up on actions.
