Responsibilities
- Monitor Facebook and Instagram comments and messages across multiple brand and whitelisted pages.
- Reply to customer comments, questions, and feedback using the appropriate brand voice and tone.
- Identify and quickly elevate potential customer service or PR issues.
- Determine when to reply, hide, or delete comments based on clear brand guidelines.
- Maintain active community engagement to encourage positive discussion and build trust with followers.
- Track and log engagement activity, frequently updating internal teams on trends or issues.
- Follow detailed SOPs for moderation, escalation, and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and creative teams to ensure unified brand representation across all interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in community engagement, social media management, or customer relationship roles (2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and engagement.
- Experience in remote work or distributed team environments is a plus.
- A genuine passion for building community and fostering connections.
