embecta, a global medical device company, seeks a Commercial Excellence Analyst/Coordinator based in Brazil to drive sales analytics and business insights. You will collaborate with the Brazil commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, Latam, and contribute to strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, familiarity with IQVIA reports, and fluency in Portuguese with English at B2 or higher.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or finance.
• 3–5 years of analysis and reporting experience in pharma or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of commercial business processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• English proficiency (B2) and fluent Portuguese.

The Commercial Excellence Analyst / Coordinator serves as a key business partner to the Brazil commercial team and is responsible for critical analytics activities supporting sales performance and business decision making. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, Latam, this role is crucial for driving commercial success and ensuring the company remains competitive in the dynamic Latin American market.

This role requires the person to be based in Brazil, ideally in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. Please submit resumes in English.

What You'll Be Doing

• Data Analysis: Utilize digital and automation tools to analyze sales and marketing data, identify meaningful trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Pipeline Analytics: Perform pipeline analytics for strategic sessions, key account plan preparation, and tactical initiatives.
• Business Process Mapping: Document business requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to define how they are enabled within tools.
• Visualization: Develop and launch PBI dashboards to improve decision-making quality and efficiency.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support the implementation of key commercial excellence initiatives and drive projects that digitize and enhance digital analytics tools.
• Reporting: Create and share insights through presentations summarizing trends and providing recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work alongside business and management teams to establish business needs and create accurate reports.

What We'Re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant analysis and reporting experience, preferably out of pharma or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of commercial business processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge in IQVIA reports (FMB, MDTR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have English proficiency (B2 or higher) and fluent in Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Spanish proficiency
