Ausenco in Belo Horizonte, Brazil is seeking a Junior Planning Analyst to support project planning and control activities across engineering and consulting projects. You will monitor performance, assist in reports and dashboards, and work with multidisciplinary teams to drive timely decisions.

The role requires a degree in a related field, some planning exposure, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and/or Spanish.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Some experience or exposure to project planning, project controls, scheduling, or project management activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize information and manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in project management, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Knowledge of Power BI, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools will be considered an asset.

About the role:

As a Junior Planning Analyst, you will support project planning and control activities, contributing to the successful delivery of engineering and consulting projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help monitor project performance and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
