Your impact
This position is crucial for implementing Massey Ferguson's Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in your region (Minas Gerais). The candidate will lead the execution of the Retail Process and related programs and actions through the dealer network to achieve the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in this region. You will also lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program, coordinate the sales of Massey Ferguson products through the dealership channel aligned with AGCO's Farmer First Strategy, and ensure the effective execution of the Commercial Plan by Massey Ferguson's dealers to meet market share and volume targets.
