About The Team/role
The Commercial Training Coordinator plays a critical role in designing, leading, and continuously enhancing training programs to equip commercial teams with the essential skills, knowledge, and tools needed to drive business results. This position emphasizes onboarding excellence, continuous learning, strategic coaching, and embedding sales best practices across the organization.
In this role, you'll be...
- Onboarding & Ramp-Up:
- Lead comprehensive training sessions covering company processes, tools, sales methodologies, and pitches.
- Develop structured learning pathways aimed at significantly reducing time-to-productivity for new sales hires.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness, proactively identifying and addressing gaps through targeted coaching interventions.
- Ongoing Training & Skill Development:
- Strategically design and deliver advanced sales training, including messaging refinement, objection handling, and campaign execution.
- Develop interactive and engaging training formats such as micro-learning modules, simulations, and role-play scenarios.
- Regularly assess team skill levels and implement targeted interventions to close identified gaps.
- Content Development & Maintenance:
- Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of sophisticated training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and digital resources.
- Ensure that training content remains current, strategically aligned, and reflective of the latest sales processes and product updates.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to integrate strategic insights into enablement content.
- Performance Coaching & Feedback Loops:
- Partner strategically with QA and commercial leadership to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities driven by performance analytics.
- Provide targeted coaching sessions to improve sales team effectiveness and impact key performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of coaching and training interventions.
- Program Evaluation & Reporting:
- Regularly collect and analyze trainee feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive records of participation, certification, and the measurable impact of training programs.
