The Cloud Operations Engineer is vital for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of our cloud systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, supporting, optimizing cloud infrastructure, collaborating across teams for seamless operations, and contributing to ongoing service improvement.

Must Haves

• Ability to understand and work with complex or distributed cloud systems
• Algorithmization and scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or any scripting language)

• On-call duty rotations are mandatory
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with support and development teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of security best practices, data protection, and system integrity
