Job Overview:

The Clinical Planning & Analytics Manager will perform, manage, and coordinate activities for complex clinical opportunities and projects. They will utilize multiple data sources to analyze, formulate recommendations, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role includes training and mentoring junior staff and country leads, as well as leading process improvements.

Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Ensure IQVIA planning services provide a competitive edge in winning new business. Independently create complex country and/or enrollment strategies or site lists supporting various opportunities such as RFPs, re-bids, and awarded studies.
• Develop materials related to feasibility and enrollment strategies for client bid defense meetings and internal stakeholders like Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Medical Leads, or Business Development teams.
• Recommend solutions for key stakeholders and project teams.
• Conduct complex research into therapeutic areas using databases, literature, internet, and medical expertise to prepare for planning meetings.
• Lead planning meetings with stakeholders, presenting data analysis results.
• Maintain therapeutic training and stay updated on clinical research developments.
• Mentor and support new team members.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for planning tools, demonstrating understanding of system features to optimize country, site, or enrollment strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Clinical/project management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of clinical systems, procedures, and standards.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and drug development.
• Deep understanding of clinical research.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Python & SQL programming.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Biological Science, Computer Science, or Statistics required; Master’s or higher preferred.
• At least 5 years of related clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
