Qualificações

• Experiência em gestão de produtos financeiros, preferencialmente em cartões de crédito.
• Conhecimento profundo do mercado de cartões de crédito e comportamento do consumidor.
• Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico.

• Rastrear e relatar o desempenho do App e produtos financeiros.
• Analisar grandes conjuntos de dados para gerar insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Track and report the performance of our App and financial products across all relevant KPIs;
2. Deeply understand user behavior, including Retention, Churn, Engagement, and specific use cases;
3. Consolidate and synthesize reports for C-level stakeholders, aligning with KPIs, OKRs, and budgetary goals;
4. Manipulate and analyze large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decision making;
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver complex analyses aimed at supporting growth strategies (e.g., expansion, development, promotional campaigns);
6. Monitor and benchmark competitors’ value propositions and market moves to inform our positioning and innovation pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial product management, preferably in Growth and credit cards;
• Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or issuer banks;
• Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management in financial services;
• In-depth knowledge of the credit card market, trends, and consumer behavior;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment;
• Experience with large databases and analytics tools;
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Excel;
• English or Spanish at an intermediate level.
