We are looking for a Software Engineer who is eager to learn and advance their career. In this role, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, biology, or a related health field.
• Build data pipelines from various heterogeneous sources.
• Design and implement scalable data delivery pipelines and automate manual processes.
• Create infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading using cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, etc.
• Develop end-to-end processes at the enterprise level for data extraction and transformation, enabling quick and efficient data preparation from various sources.
• Coordinate with downstream users such as statistical programmers, SDTM programmers, analytics, and clinical data programmers to ensure outputs meet user requirements.
• Experience in creating ELT and ETL processes for data ingestion into data warehouses and lakes.
• Develop reusable data pipelines for heterogeneous data ingestion.

Preferred qualifications include experience with:

• Developing R Shiny and Python applications.
• Hadoop.
• Agile development methodologies.
