An established industry player is seeking a Clinical Counseling Program Supervisor to lead and enhance their practicum program. Has primary responsibility for management of the practicum program as part of The Elizabeth Hospice Bereavement Program. Conducts group and individual supervision for MFT, MSW, PCC trainees, and associates in the Grief Counseling Center. Collaborates with bereavement staff/leaders and other departments to meet strategic goals. Ensures trainees and associates adequately meet the needs of grieving clients, those with serious illness, anticipated losses, relevant to all ages of clients, etc. Provides supervisory role for staff counselors. Maintains a caseload of clients (hospice and community).

Our Mission: To enhance the quality of life for those nearing the end of life's journey and for those who grieve.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually Subject to experience and qualifications.
Work Location: San Diego, CA
Travel: Travel is required for patient visits
