In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  1. Manage service desk incidents and requests, focusing on providing a seamless associate experience.
  2. Provision user computing systems and tools to ensure associates have the best resources available.
  3. Maintain IT systems and facilities to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with global, diverse IT teams to deliver comprehensive support, working onsite in Diadema-SP.
  5. Focus on complex incident and request management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Expertise in OS (Client and Server), O365 applications, network, and server infrastructure and technologies.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Experience in Tier-1 & Tier-2 service desk support and PC support with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage complex incidents, problems, and requests, with proficiency in root cause analysis.
  • Basic project management skills and experience participating in IT and business-related projects.
It would be a plus if you also have:
  • A passion for problem-solving and customer service.
  • A team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback.
  • ITIL and/or MCSA certification.
