Job summary

UBS is seeking an intern to support the Client Repapering team in Brazil. You’ll receive, scan, and archive documents, analyze materials, and respond to stakeholder requests as part of core daily operations.

Qualifications

The team

The Client Repapering team supports the Global Wealth Management structure in Brazil and it is responsible to ensure the high quality of information and documentation of clients regarding, periodic renewals, closure, and maintenance

Your Skills And Experience

• strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
• undergraduate degree in administration, economics, international relations, or related areas
• ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspective
• ideally Intermediary/advanced skills in Excel
• availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
