We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to:

  1. Perform client onboarding, renewals, and offboarding in accordance with Business Line requirements.
  2. Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
  3. Create relationships across UBS to gather, share, and leverage solutions for our clients.
  4. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and with internal policies and contracts.
Your team

You’ll be working in the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for Client Lifecycle processes in UBS and all regulatory requirements related to them.

Your expertise
  • Previous work experience in client documents and KYC processes, B3, SINACOR, and SINCAD processes.
  • Experience with give-up agreements, investment funds, and investment managers.
  • PQO Certification (Cadastro).
  • Ideally advanced English proficiency.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all organizational levels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
