Your role

Are you well organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business?

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to:

  1. Perform client onboarding, renewals, and offboarding in accordance with Business Line requirements.
  2. Work across teams and functions to find the best solution or course of action.
  3. Create relationships across UBS to gather, share, and leverage solutions for our clients.
  4. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, statutory requirements, internal policies, and contracts.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for Client Lifecycle processes and related regulatory requirements at UBS.

Your expertise

  • Previous experience with client documents, KYC processes, B3, SINACOR, and SINCAD processes.
  • Experience with give-up agreements, investment funds, and investment managers.
  • PQO Certification (Cadastro).
  • Ideally advanced English skills.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
