What you need to succeed:
  • Native Chinese and English (B2 level)
  • 6+ months customer support experience
  • Experience with live chats/emails
  • Interest in crypto or stock exchange
  • Analytical skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Own device with minimum 8GB RAM and stable internet
Nice to have:
  • CRM experience
  • Crypto/finance background
  • Salesforce or Zendesk experience
