Here's what you'll do:

• Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Meet team KPIs
• Stay updated with cutting-edge technology
• Handle customers' sensitive information securely
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices
• Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
• Communicate with developers and other departments within various IT companies

What you need to succeed:

• Native Chinese and English, upper intermediate (B2 level)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support
• Experience with live chats and emails
• Interest in crypto or stock exchange
• Analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Great plus if you have:

• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in crypto/finance
• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
